Kiro keyboard shortcuts

Kiro's IDE, built on Code OSS, and its terminal CLI share almost no keys, so each group here says which of the two it is for. In the IDE, Cmd+L (Ctrl+L) brings the selected code into the chat. The IDE's keys change under Preferences: Open Keyboard Shortcuts; the CLI's cancel, close-menu and quit keys change with kiro-cli settings.
