Notion keyboard shortcuts

Notion treats everything on a page as a block, so most of its speed comes from selecting blocks, moving them and changing their type from the keyboard. Much of the rest is typed rather than held: a # at the start of a line makes a heading, and a / opens a menu of blocks to insert. On Windows, Ctrl stands in for Cmd almost everywhere. The block-type keys swap the Mac's Opt for Shift, so Cmd+Opt+1 becomes Ctrl+Shift+1, and selecting a whole block by clicking takes Alt+Shift on Windows where the Mac uses Cmd+Shift.
