Outlook keyboard shortcuts
New Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac do the same jobs with different keys: Ctrl+F forwards a message on Windows, where a Mac forwards with Cmd+J. Where Outlook on the web and Outlook.com use another key, the row's note gives it: that is their Outlook set of shortcuts, chosen under Settings, General, Accessibility. Classic Outlook for Windows has a page of its own.

Classic Outlook
Classic Outlook is the Windows desktop program with no Settings button on its ribbon, and it has a Ctrl+Shift key for making nearly every kind of item.
Teams
Teams numbers its places: Ctrl+1 opens the first app on the app bar and Alt+1 the first tab in a chat, so several keys follow your own layout.
Gmail
Gmail runs on single keys and short sequences: C starts a new message, E archives, and G then I goes back to the inbox.
Windows
These are the system shortcuts: they work on the desktop and inside almost any app, because Windows handles them before the app ever sees the key press.
