Teams keyboard shortcuts
Teams numbers its places: Ctrl+1 opens the first app on the app bar and Alt+1 the first tab in a chat, so several keys follow your own layout. These are the default Teams layout in the desktop app for Windows and Mac: the Keyboard shortcuts window, under Settings and more, can switch to another app's layout or change a key. Where Teams on the web uses a different key, the row's note gives it.

Version: Microsoft Teams desktop app for Windows and Mac, current release, default Teams shortcut layout; Teams on the web noted where it differs.

Outlook
New Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac do the same jobs with different keys: Ctrl+F forwards a message on Windows, where a Mac forwards with Cmd+J.
Slack
Slack puts a key on nearly every place you go in it: a conversation, your threads, your unread messages, the Activity feed.
Windows
These are the system shortcuts: they work on the desktop and inside almost any app, because Windows handles them before the app ever sees the key press.
macOS
These work in the Finder and, with few exceptions, in every app that follows Apple's conventions.
